In mid-November analysis of 36,621 participants randomised 1:1 to vaccine or placebo…. Efficacy in preventing confirmed Covid-19 occurring at least seven days after the second dose of vaccine was 95%. With eight Covid-19 cases in the vaccine group and one hundred and sixty two Covid cases in the placebo group.
Therefore the placebo group was loaded with Covid-19 cases to give a worse result for this group and it makes the vaccine groups figures look better at the end.
Covid-19 cases for the trials were P.C.R. tested and had one symptom. None were clinically diagnosed with Covid-19. Which to me doesn’t sound a very scientific trialling regime. Something Dr. Michael Yeadon and Dr. Wolfgang Wodarg were alluding to in their petition, I mentioned in a previous blog post.
Now the shot above is a screen shot of an important part of the subject of the meeting on December 10th, 2020. Most of the wording and figures are self explanatory but I want to focus on firstly the number of participants in each group and the number of cases 7 days after the second dose. Namely 18,198 in the vaccine group and 1 Covid-19 case and 18,325 in the placebo group and 3 Covid-19 cases. Not a lot of difference really is there?
This screen shot showing the relative risk calculation for the 95% vaccine efficacy figure banded about so freely on the mainstream media, etc. The top line has the vaccine group with eight cases divided by the vaccine group numbers. The second line has the one hundred and sixty two cases divided by the placebo group numbers. The third line has the results of the previous two lines divided by each other. Then the fourth line has that result multiplied by 100 to get a percentage. Personally I used a calculator and got 99.51% but there you go.
This screenshot shows the calculation to show the absolute risk reduction, basically how much the vaccine reduces the risk of you catching Covid-19. So those who get the Pfizer/BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine are 0.8% less likely to catch the virus than someone not taking the vaccine. If these figures and calculations are accurate then I don’t understand the necessity of having the vaccine.

According to Matt Hancock there is no protection from Covid-19 offered by the vaccine until seven days after the second dose is given. Even after people have received the two part vaccine and waited the extra seven days, no-one knows if you will continue to pass Covid-19 on to someone else. I have to ask with all these uncertainties and lack of efficacy, should people be badgered and coerced into it? Does the idea that we have to have it to get back to normal ring true?
I thought this little screen shot was interesting too. It shows how ‘overwhelmed’ our hospitals are by the ‘second wave’ of coronavirus. Official Government figures that show at no time since the first peak of the first wave of the coronavirus to now there has been no overall problem with the ability of our hospitals to cope. The Nightingale hospitals built to cope with the first wave were hardly used and shut down a little later because of lack of patients.
Update 16/12/20; The calculation on the second screenshot, line three should read 0.00044 divided by 0.00885=0.049 not equals 0.0049. Makes no difference to the answer, just clerical error on the site. A correction was broadcast in the next news show.
Update 14/01/21; According to the C.D.C. in the U.S., 21 Americans have suffered life threatening allergic reactions to the Pfizer/BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine.
Between 14th and 23rd of December a total of 21 people were reported to the C.D.C. following life threatening allergic reactions. Of these, 17 people had a history of allergies or allergic reactions with most occurring within 15 mins. of having the jab.
Approximately 1.9 million vaccinations were administered during the period giving a rate of 11.1 cases of anaphylaxis per 1 million doses. The reaction rate is ‘still exceedingly rare’ say the C.D.C. and urge the public to get vaccinated as soon as the vaccine becomes available.
The 17 people who had a history of allergies were allergic to a wide range of things. They included, but were not restricted to; tropical fruit, bee and wasp stings, eggs, shell fish, cats, penicillin and steroids.
British regulators are repeating their advice for people who have a history of significant allergic reactions to medicines, food or vaccines should not get the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine.
Four cases of Bells palsy were seen in the vaccine control group during the vaccine trials, compared with no cases in the placebo group. It is believed the vaccine was not the cause of Bells palsy and the four cases represented the normal frequency expected in the general population.
Reported deaths after having the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine are few but are hard to pin to the vaccine.
A Dr. Gregory Michael, 56 and reportedly healthy with no concerns died of a blood disorder 16 days after being vaccinated. Side effects were noticed 3 days after the Dr. received the jab. A clinical case of severe thrombocytopenia was diagnosed. It causes a decrease in the bodies ability to clot blood and stop internal bleeding, resulting in his death 16 days after the jab.
A Portuguese nurse died suddenly 2 days after receiving a Covid-19 vaccine. Apparently it was not determined which vaccine she received and following an autopsy the cause of her death was not made public. It was disclosed that she didn’t die because of the vaccination though. Sonia Azevedo, was 41 years old and received her vaccination on December 30th and was found dead, in bed, at 11am two days later. She was believed healthy with no problems before being vaccinated. I include it here because of the closeness of the death to having the jab and the lack of transparency over the vaccine she had. Seems odd no results of the autopsy was made public but ‘it wasn’t the vaccine.’
Swiss officials have said the drugs regulator Swissmedic are reviewing the case of a 91 year old woman’s death after receiving a Covid-19 vaccine. She received the Pfizer/BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine in a Lucerne nursing home and died 5 days later. She was suffering from several diseases and it’s thought one or more of these could have contributed to her death.
Norway is investigating the deaths of two nursing home residents who died after receiving the Pfizer/BioNTech coronavirus vaccine. Steiner Madsen, the Medical Director of Norwegian Medicines Agency said in a statement, “we have to assess whether the vaccine is the cause of the death or if it is a coincidence so soon after the vaccination.
Update 15/01/21; A nurse working for the Hywel Dda University Health Board area, in Wales has tested positive for Covid-19. Not earth shattering news perhaps, I hear you say. However that was three weeks after she was given her first dose of the Pfizer/BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine.
She was reported, in the Daily Mail recently, to have been angry and heartbroken to have caught Covid-19 after receiving the jab three weeks previously. She also said she felt relieved , initially, to have had the jab in December 2020. She felt safer and felt her family would be safer too.
The nurse learned after being diagnosed with Covid-19 that the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine would take up to ten days to offer any protection from Covid-19 and there were no guarantees she will not pass the virus on even if she receives the second dose.
The Pfizer vaccine has not been trialled beyond the 21 day second jab window and the article says nothing about when her second jab was due.
Update 16/01/21; Norwegian health chiefs have adjusted their vaccine advice after doctors “can’t rule out” if 23 people died from the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccines side effects, says the Sun 15/01/21.
All the fatalities occurred in care home residents aged over 80 years. Officials have said they are “not alarmed” by the deaths which may be related to the Pfizer vaccine. Due to the advanced frailty of some residents doctors are being advised to consider carefully who should get the Pfizer vaccine.
Nine other people had serious side effects including allergic reactions, strong discomfort and severe fever. Up to 30,000 people have received the first jab of the Pfizer and Modena vaccines so far in Norway and the drive continues to roll out vaccination.
Update 20/01/21; In todays edition of the Daily Express an article about the Israelis experience with the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine caught my eye. It is highlighting problems with a significant number of pensioners given the first dose getting Covid-19. Top virologist Dr. Chris Smith is quoted as saying, “Rather alarmingly, their Covid Tzar has announced today that they’re not seeing quite the potency of the first dose of the Pfizer vaccine that they had hoped, or that Pfizer had suggested was the case because they have picked up a significant number of people who have been infected after that first dose.”
It is not clear if the infections cropped up soon after the jab so the vaccine hadn’t had time to build any resistance or not. Obviously that matters because countries are lengthening the time between jabs beyond the manufacturers time limits. The U.K. will be following this because a change of strategy might be needed.
Basically all the countries should be following the manufacturers instructions on how to use it’s product, end of story. Why should politicians mandate against the experts who know?

Updating 17/02/21; I came across a few stories of pregnant women in the U.S. who have had miscarriages very soon after having the Pfizer covid-19 vaccine. Unlike here in the U.K., where pregnant women are advised not to have the jab, in the U.S. everyone is told they have to have it. Despite the fact that none of the vaccines have been tested on pregnant women.
These were reported on the vaccine adverse event reporting system(V.A.E.R.S.).

Twenty-eight year old woman 28 weeks and five days pregnant had covid-19 vaccine. Two days later noticeable decrease in babies motion. No heartbeat following morning, dead female fetus delivered.

Forty year old Californian woman, 18 weeks pregnant had Covid-19 vaccine. Three days later the physician had heavy vaginal bleeding, baby stillborn.

Woman, pregnant, baby died two days after her jab and the woman got very sick. She had life threatening problems which required two days in hospital to stabilise. She has not recovered and has permanent disability.
A medical doctor, Sara Beltran Ponce M.D. from Wisconsin was pregnant and received her Covid-19 vaccine. Three days later she had a miscarriage and lost the baby. She already has a daughter, it is reported. According to reports she didn’t dare to connect the Pfizer jab to her miscarriage because she feared for her career in the medical profession and being labelled an anti-vaxxer.
There are lots of stories from the U.S. about people who have received their first or second jabs and died shortly afterwards, it is rarely connected to their vaccine jab. There seems to be an unwritten law being imposed making it almost impossible to connect the two. Here are some more coincidences.
Drene Keyes, a 58 year old woman, received her first Pfizer jab before falling ill, according to Warsaw Police Chief Joan Kent. In a report on NBC news, dated 5/02/21, Drene had waited the 15 mins then walked to her car with a colleague. Once there she experienced health difficulties, mentioning to her colleague that she didn’t feel right. She was rushed to the VCU health Tappahannock hospital where she died the following day. State health commissioner M. Norman Oliver is reported to have said, Drene Keyes did not die from any adverse reaction to the mRNA vaccine.
Yet another interesting coincidence, this time from Greece. A Greek hospital administrator in the East Attica region of Corfu may face criminal prosecution. Greek media Ethnos reports that a prosecutor is investigating to see if Michalis Giannakos, President of the Panhellenic Federation of public hospital workers, is guilty of ‘spreading fake news.’ His crime is expressing an mRNA adverse effect with ‘too much certainty.’ It follows the report of a 40 year old nurse and mother of two being paralysed. Leaving her unable to move or feel her lower extremities, following a second mRNA vaccine jab. The report, dated 12/02/21, also said she worked as a nurse for 17 years and was in good health before the second jab. It is believed the nurse developed Guillain-Barre syndrome and more tests are being carried out.
Update 26/04/21; Times of Israel article says, a leaked Health Ministry probe has raised concerns after second dose of Pfizer vaccine sees 62 cases of myocarditis in men under 30.
Apparently investigators had not conclusively proved a link but they have significant concerns.
The report is reported to say that out of five million people vaccinated in Israel, 62 recorded cases of myocarditis occurred in the days following the second shot. 56 cases came after the second shot and most affected were men under 30. 60 were treated and released from hospital. A 22 year old man and a woman died as a result of their adverse reaction. All were believed to have had no problems before the second shot and were considered healthy.
Prof. Dror Mevorach, head of one of the Covid-19 units at Hadassah Ein Kerem and author of the probe, claims a possible reason for the lack of similar findings in other countries was the low rates of vaccinations among young people.
Update 28/04/21; According to CBS, the CDC says more than five million Americans (8%) had missed their second Pfizer or Moderna doses as of early April.
According to the a recent New York Times article, the reasons people are missing their second jab include issues with second dose appointments, people already feeling protected after their fist jab or they felt sick after the first jab.
